Jarrod,

Yes, I definitely agree on the Air. Even though it is thin, it is a tough computer. Just get a good carrying case for it and you will be fine.

Melissa,

If you are going to be using it at school and hauling it around a lot, go with the Air. It is portable and small enough to carry around, but yet good enough to use as a desktop. If you are going to be putting lots of media on it, maybe get the 128 GB drive. Also think about getting an external drive that you can store all of your media on so it isn't taking a ton of space on your Air.

Let me know if that helps or not.

I'm having difficulty figuring out which laptop would be the best for me. I'm a high school student who occasionally would take this to school, and would depend on it as my desktop for just about everything. Storing music, photos, videos, and documents is primarily what I would need it for. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Shaun, I am planning to travel to Europe in the near future and I was thinking of the MacBook Air 13". But I worry if such a thin laptop will handle the strain of travel. What do you think? I am only planning to use it for everyday use and perhaps as a student later on. I personally think the Air suits me best, do you agree?

Ah, thank you. I am unable to import my ical (exported) files. Checked them in TextEdit -- they seem to conform to Google's specs but there must be something in there google doesn't like because it won't do it. They're huge files. :-( Going through future months, changing all events from whatever ical calendar to the google calendar so it will auto sync. Anyway thank you for this; I learned a lot today.

They won't show up because they are not part of google cal. Only the calendars on Google Cal will show under the "delegation"
